ArcGlass Listen
ArcGlass Listen is an on-device app that records and transcribes your meetings locally, then sends the clean, speaker-labeled transcript to ArcGlass for analysis. No bot joins the call, and audio never leaves the device by default.
Why on-device
- Private by design. Transcription and speaker diarization run on your machine; only the transcript is uploaded, and only for meetings you choose to share.
- No bot in the meeting. Nothing announces itself or appears in the participant list.
- Zero per-minute cost. Local transcription means no metered usage.
Install
Download Listen for your platform from the downloads page. It is available for macOS, Windows, iOS, and Android. Sign in with the same account as your ArcGlass workspace so transcripts route to the right organization.
Capture a meeting
Start Listen before or during a meeting. It captures microphone and system audio (so remote participants are included), transcribes in real time, and attributes speech to speakers. When the meeting ends, review the transcript and share it to ArcGlass to run analysis.
