Calls & Meetings
Connect your video-conferencing and telephony recordings so ArcGlass analyzes them automatically. Supported providers include Zoom, Google Meet, and Microsoft Teams, plus call recordings synced from your CRM.
Connect a provider
Go to Settings → Pipelines, choose Calls & Meetings, and authorize the provider. ArcGlass requests read access to the recordings and metadata for the meetings you select — you control the scope, and you can revoke access at any time.
What gets analyzed
For each captured meeting, ArcGlass transcribes the audio, attributes speakers, and extracts signals, sentiment, topics, stakeholders, and next steps. Results fold into the account's living memory alongside every other source.
