Productivity Suite

Connect email and calendar so ArcGlass analyzes customer threads and keeps account memory current between meetings. ArcGlass supports Gmail / Google Workspace and Outlook / Microsoft 365.

Connect Google Workspace

From Settings → Pipelines, choose Productivity Suite → Google and complete the OAuth consent. ArcGlass requests read access to the mailboxes and calendars you select. Detailed steps are on the Google Workspace setup page.

Connect Microsoft 365

Choose Productivity Suite → Microsoft and complete the Microsoft consent. See the Microsoft 365 setup page for admin-consent details.

What ArcGlass reads

Connectors are read-only and scoped to what you authorize. ArcGlass groups messages into threads, analyzes material customer conversations, and folds the results into account memory. It does not send email on your behalf. Scopes and handling are documented in Security & compliance.

Scopes requested (read-only)

The connectors request the minimum, read-only scopes needed to analyze conversations. They never request write or send access.

• Google: gmail.readonly, calendar.readonly, and basic profile (userinfo.email, userinfo.profile).
• Microsoft 365: Mail.Read, Calendars.Read, User.Read, and offline_access (for token refresh).

Admins can grant tenant-wide consent or restrict to specific users. You can revoke access from your provider's admin console at any time, which immediately stops ingestion.

Choosing what's in scope

You decide which mailboxes, shared mailboxes, and calendars ArcGlass reads. Scope to the customer-facing accounts that matter — you do not need to connect the whole organization to get value.
