Lists

Updated on Oct 5, 2026 · 1 minute read

A list is a named set of companies you care about — your customers, a region, a tier, an account plan. Group the accounts once and reuse the list everywhere.

What you get here

  • Named sets of companies — create as many as you need, each with a name and description.
  • A filter for every page — pick a list to narrow Meetings, Accounts, Tasks, Contacts, and Deals down to just those companies. The same filter, the same list, on every surface.
  • Sharing with permissions — keep a list to yourself, or share it with teammates as view-only or as an editor.
  • "All accounts" — a built-in list, always present, covering every company you've had meetings or emails with. It's the default view until you pick another.

Create a list

Open Lists and choose Create list. Give it a name and an optional description, then add companies by name or by pasting their domains — paste a whole batch at once and we'll match them to accounts.

Add companies

Inside a list, use Add company to search by name or paste domains. Anything we can't match is surfaced so you can fix it. A list is just a pointer to companies — adding or removing one never changes the account itself.

Share with permissions

From a list's Share action, invite teammates (or a whole role) as:

  • Viewer — can filter by the list, but can't change it.
  • Editor — can add and remove companies.
  • Owner — full control, including who it's shared with and deleting it.

Lists you own appear under My Lists; lists shared with you appear under Shared With Me.

🔒
Sharing a list is not sharing data. A list only points at companies — it never widens what a teammate can see. Each person still sees a company's meetings, emails, and activity only within their own reporting-tree visibility. Sharing a list just lets them filter by the same set of companies.
