Welcome to ArcGlass

Updated on Sep 7, 2026 · 1 minute read

ArcGlass is the post-conversation layer for teams that talk to customers. It ingests the conversations you already have — meetings, calls, email, and messages — analyzes them for the stakeholders, context, and commitments that matter, keeps a living memory of every account, and routes what needs attention to where your team already works.

This documentation covers how to get your account running, connect your conversation sources, route intelligence to destinations like Slack, email, and your CRM, and administer members, roles, and security for your organization.

What ArcGlass does

Capture and analysis

ArcGlass ingests meetings, calls, email threads, and messages, transcribes and analyzes them, and extracts signals, sentiment, topics, stakeholders, and next steps. Analysis is grounded in the conversation itself, with provenance back to the source.

Living account memory

Every analyzed conversation folds into a per-account memory across company, relationship, contact, and organization axes. Memory persists across meetings and email, so context survives when a rep changes and an account is never a blank page.

Attention and action

ArcGlass surfaces the accounts that need attention and the commitments that are open, and takes action where you work — posting to Slack, opening tickets, paging on-call, and firing webhooks — so intelligence becomes follow-through, not another dashboard to check.

How ArcGlass is organized

Three concepts run through the product and these docs:

  • Sources are the conversations you connect — Listen, Calls & Meetings, your Productivity Suite (email and calendar), Messages, or direct upload.
  • Pipelines process a source: they ingest, analyze, and materialize results on a schedule or on demand. Each run is auditable.
  • Destinations are where results land — email digests, Slack and escalation alerts, and your CRM.

Enterprise readiness

ArcGlass is built for teams with real security and administration requirements. Identity comes from your verified session, access is governed by role-based permissions, and data handling is documented end to end. See Members & Roles, SSO & SCIM, and Security & compliance.
