Contacts is every external person across your accounts — built from what they actually said in conversations, not just synced CRM records.

What you get here

• Engagement over time — for each contact, recent activity (last 7 days) vs. their total, so you can see who is leaning in and who has gone quiet.
• A per-contact memory — their role, what they care about, their disposition (champion / blocker / neutral), and every meeting and thread they appear in.
• Search and clean-up — find any person, and merge duplicates so one human is one record across email, meetings, and calls.
• Assign engagement — attach a contact to the right account or owner.
