Upload & Custom

When a conversation lives outside a connected provider, bring it to ArcGlass directly by uploading a file or pushing it through the API.

Upload a file

From Settings → Pipelines, choose Upload and add a transcript or document. Supported formats include plain text, VTT/SRT captions, JSON, CSV, and DOCX. ArcGlass detects whether the content is a conversation and analyzes it accordingly.

Push via the API

For programmatic ingestion, create an API key under Settings → API keys and send conversations with the X-API-Key header. This is the path for custom sources and internal tools.
