Organization
The Organization tab holds workspace-level settings that change how ArcGlass interprets your conversations.
What you get here
- Internal identity — your internal domains (and optional internal hosts / email patterns). This is the setting that tells ArcGlass who is on your side versus the customer's, so participants, stakeholders, and account grouping are attributed correctly. Keep it complete so your own team is never mistaken for a customer account.
- Workspace name & defaults — the org name and org-wide defaults.

An incomplete internal-domain list is the
usual cause of your own staff showing up as a customer, or the wrong "our side vs. their side"
split. Review it first when attribution looks off.
