Data privacy & retention

ArcGlass processes the conversations you connect solely to provide the service to your organization. This page covers what we process, consent, retention, and deletion.

What we process

ArcGlass processes the content of the sources you connect — transcripts, email threads, and metadata — to produce analysis and memory for your organization. Connectors are scoped to what you authorize.

No training on your data

Your conversation data is never used to train shared AI models. Analysis uses foundation models under agreements that prohibit training on your content.

Recording & consent

Recording carries legal obligations that vary by jurisdiction, including all-party-consent states. ArcGlass lets you configure participant notifications to match your regional and legal requirements. You are responsible for obtaining any consent your jurisdiction requires; ArcGlass provides the tooling to disclose recording, not legal advice.

Retention & deletion

Retention windows are configurable to your policy. You can delete conversations, accounts, and your organization's data; deletion removes the associated derived analysis and memory. With Listen, audio remains on the device and is never uploaded unless you share a transcript.

Your rights and DPAs

A Data Processing Addendum (DPA) and support for data-subject requests are available. EU data residency is available on request. See the Privacy Policy and DPA, or reach us via contact.
