This guide takes you from a new account to your first analyzed conversation in about five minutes. You will create your workspace, connect one source, run a pipeline, and read the result.

Four steps to your first analysis.
  • 1   Create your workspace~1 min
  • 2   Connect a source~2 min
  • 3   Run a pipeline~1 min
  • 4   Read your first analysisdone
Illustrative example.

1. Create your workspace

Sign in at console.arcglass.io with your work email or Google account. The first person to sign in for a domain creates the organization and becomes its owner. Invite teammates later from Members & Roles.

2. Connect your first source

A source is the conversation stream ArcGlass analyzes. The quickest to connect is your Productivity Suite (Gmail or Outlook) or a single uploaded transcript. For meetings, install ArcGlass Listen or connect Calls & Meetings.

3. Run a pipeline

Each source is processed by a pipeline. Start a run from Settings → Pipelines. ArcGlass ingests the conversations, transcribes and analyzes them, and materializes results. Every run is recorded and re-runnable.

4. Read your first analysis

Open the account or meeting to see signals, sentiment, stakeholders, and next steps, plus where the account stands in its living memory. From there, wire up destinations so the intelligence reaches your team automatically.

That is the full loop: connect a source, run a pipeline, read the analysis, route the result. Everything else in these docs deepens one of those four steps.
