ArcGlass uses a small set of vendors (subprocessors) to provide the service. Each is bound by data-protection terms and processes data only to support ArcGlass functionality.
Categories
- Cloud infrastructure & database — hosting, storage, and managed database for the application and its data.
- AI model providers — foundation models for transcription and analysis, under agreements that prohibit training on your content.
- Email delivery — sending briefs, digests, and notifications.
- Error monitoring & logging — operational telemetry to keep the service reliable.
