Account detail tabs

Each account opens to a set of tabs, documented on its own page:

  • Overview — status, the reason, the recommended move, open commitments, key people.
  • Stakeholders — the people, with role, authority, and disposition.
  • Activity — the timeline of meetings, calls, and emails.
  • Prep Brief — a meeting-ready brief for the account.
  • Trends — how the relationship is moving over time.
  • Memory — the living, versioned account memory.
