What's on Overview

Status & reason. The account's health (at risk / watch / new / on track) with a one-line, evidence-backed reason. New means there isn't enough history to judge yet, rather than a false verdict.
Recommended move. The single next action most likely to help.
Open commitments. Promises made on the account that are still open.
Key people. The stakeholders that matter, linked to the Stakeholders tab.

Everything on Overview is a projection of the account's Memory.
