Alerts & Escalation
When something needs a person now — a churn signal, a stalled deal, a broken commitment — ArcGlass sends it in real time to the channel or on-call rotation your team watches.
Slack
Connect Slack and choose the channels ArcGlass can post to. Rules that match fire a message with the account, the reason, and a link back to the full analysis. Connection is scoped to the channels you authorize.
Escalation (PagerDuty & Opsgenie)
For anything that warrants paging, route to PagerDuty or Opsgenie. ArcGlass raises an incident with the context attached, so responders see why it fired without leaving their tool.
Webhooks
For custom destinations, send a signed webhook and handle it in your own systems.
Controlling noise
Real-time alerts are only useful if people trust them, so the rules engine is built to avoid crying wolf:
- Thresholds. A rule fires only when a signal crosses the level you set, not on every mention.
- Scoping. Rules run per pipeline or org-wide, so a channel only receives the accounts it owns.
- Audit trail. Every firing is logged with the account, the reason, and the action taken, so you can tune rules against what actually fired.
