Questions

Updated on Sep 7, 2026 · 1 minute read

Questions turns the questions customers and prospects actually ask — scattered across meetings and email — into an organized knowledge base. Instead of the same question being re-answered from scratch in every deal, ArcGlass groups them, so your team can answer once and reuse the answer.

How it works

  • Extraction. As conversations are analyzed, ArcGlass pulls out the questions that were asked.
  • Canonicalization. Near-duplicate questions are merged into one canonical question, so "how does SSO work?" and "do you support SAML login?" collapse together.
  • Question intelligence. Each canonical question is classified — for example whether it is already answered by existing material — so you can see the gaps worth filling.

Why it matters

The questions buyers repeat are a direct signal of friction in the sales and onboarding process. A knowledge base built from real questions feeds enablement, sales collateral, and even this documentation — grounded in what customers actually ask, not what you assume they ask.
