Memory

The Memory tab is the account's living memory: a synthesized, versioned document built from every meeting, call, and email on the account. It is the source of truth the other tabs project from.

What's in memory

• Current state, open items, and history — organized and kept current as new conversations are analyzed.
• Versioned. Memory is append-only; you can see how the account's story evolved, and nothing is silently overwritten.
• Survives turnover. Because memory lives on the account, context doesn't leave when a rep does.
