Set up & onboarding
Connect Zoho
Connect Zoho Mail and Calendar with one read-only OAuth authorization. ArcGlass routes every call to your Zoho data center automatically. About five minutes, start to finish.
Before you begin
What you'll need
ArcGlass access
An ArcGlass account with the IT-admin (or Admin/Owner) role — connecting integrations needs it.
Zoho account
A Zoho account with Zoho Mail and Zoho Calendar. You authorize your own mailbox and calendar.
Data center
Know your Zoho data center (US, EU, IN, AU, JP, CA, SA or UK) — the sign-in page shows it. ArcGlass detects and pins it at connect time; you don't enter it manually.
Read-only
ArcGlass requests read-only access only. It never sends mail, creates events, or changes anything in Zoho.
At a glance
The three-step flow
01
Open Integrations
In ArcGlass Settings, open Integrations and find the Zoho card.
02
Connect with OAuth
Select Connect, sign in to Zoho, and approve the read-only access in the popup.
03

ArcGlass shows the connection with your data center and granted scopes.
Step by step
The full walkthrough
01
Open Integrations in ArcGlass
- Go to Settings → Integrations. You need the IT-admin, Admin, or Owner role to manage integrations.
- Find the Zoho card. It sits alongside Google Workspace and Microsoft.
- Select Connect. A Zoho sign-in popup opens.
02
Sign in and pick your data center
- Sign in to Zoho. Use the account whose mailbox and calendar you want ArcGlass to read.
- ArcGlass detects your data center. Zoho returns your home region on sign-in; ArcGlass pins it to the connection and routes every call there — you never choose
.comvs.euby hand. - Approve the read-only access. Review the scopes below and approve. ArcGlass returns you with Zoho connected.
Tip — If sign-in shows a region different from where your Zoho account lives, cancel and sign in again from your region's Zoho URL. ArcGlass only accepts Zoho's known data-center sign-in servers.
03
Scopes ArcGlass requests
- ArcGlass asks only for read-only access, and only for Mail, Calendar and your basic profile.
- ZohoMail.accounts.READ / folders.READ / messages.READ — list folders and read message content and headers.
- ZohoCalendar.calendar.READ / event.READ — list calendars and read events (times, attendees, the meeting link).
- AaaServer.profile.READ — resolve your account email and id so messages and events are attributed correctly.
- Zoho Meeting is not requested in v1 — calls you host on Zoom, Teams or Meet reach ArcGlass through ArcGlass Listen.
04
What ArcGlass syncs
- Mail. Inbox, Sent, Archive and your folders (Spam, Trash and Drafts are skipped). ArcGlass backfills recent history and then polls for new mail.
- Calendar. Your upcoming events feed pre-meeting briefs, and Zoom/Teams/Meet links are recognized so ArcGlass Listen can join.
- Threading. Replies stitch together by their mail headers, so a thread between a Zoho user and a Gmail or Outlook user at the same customer stays one conversation.

If something's off
Quick troubleshooting
Connect popup doesn't open
Allow pop-ups for ArcGlass and confirm a browser extension isn't blocking it, then select Connect again.
“Unrecognized Zoho accounts server”
ArcGlass only accepts Zoho's known data-center sign-in servers (US, EU, IN, AU, JP, CA, SA, UK). Sign in from your region's Zoho URL. The China (.com.cn) data center isn't supported yet.
Connection shows “Needs reauth”
Zoho's authorization expired or was revoked. Open the Zoho card and select Reconnect to re-authorize.
Mail isn't appearing
Backfill covers recent history first and then polls; give it a few minutes. Confirm the mailbox you authorized is the one you expect.
A meeting didn't get a Listen join
Listen joins Zoom, Teams and Meet links on your calendar events. Events without a recognized join link, or hosted on Zoho Meeting, aren't joined in v1.
