Product Signals

Updated on Sep 7, 2026 · 1 minute read

Product Signals turns your analyzed-meeting corpus into a standing view of what customers praise and what they keep asking for. It replaces the static "strengths vs. gaps" deck with a live in-app screen that shows what changed this week — and every claim links back to the exact moment in the meeting where a customer said it.

What it shows

  • Strengths — what customers consistently praise.
  • Gaps & requests — what they repeatedly ask for or hit friction on.
  • A quadrant view that positions signals so you can see what is both frequent and material at a glance.
  • What changed this week — new and rising signals since the last sweep.

Evidence, not vibes

Each signal is backed by the specific meeting moments that produced it, so a product or leadership review can click straight from a claim to the customer quote behind it. An answer-quality summary shows how much of the corpus supported each signal, including partial coverage, so you know how much weight to give it.

How it stays current

A weekly sweep re-reads newly analyzed conversations and updates the signals, so the view reflects what customers are saying now. You do not need to trigger anything — as long as sources are connected and pipelines run, Product Signals keeps itself fresh.
