Route to destinations
Email is the simplest way to get ArcGlass in front of your team. Digests and briefs land in the inbox they already live in, on the cadence you set.
What you can send
- Account and portfolio briefs — what needs attention and what to do about it.
- Rep and team recaps — went well, sharpen, and commitments owed.
- Rule-triggered notifications — a specific signal reaching a threshold.
Configure
Set recipients and schedule under Settings. Delivery uses your organization's configured sender. Briefs are generated from the same analysis that powers the in-app views, so what you read in email matches what you see in the console.
Cadence & controls
- Schedule. Daily or weekly digests, or immediate on a triggered rule.
- Audience. Send to an individual, a team alias, or per-rep so each person gets only their accounts.
- Scope. Digests respect the recipient's role and data visibility — a viewer's digest never includes content their role can't see.
- Quiet by default. Digests only send when there is something worth reading, so an inbox is never filled with empty updates.
