Guided tours & what's new

ArcGlass guides you as you go. Three complementary ways to learn what's available, without leaving what you're doing:

Take the product tour

A 60-second interactive walkthrough of the high-level areas — Home, Customers, Clarify, and where new features land. Open the What's new bell in the top-right of the dashboard and choose Take the product tour. Each stop highlights the real thing on screen with a short explanation and a link to dig deeper.

Show what can be done here

Many pages have a deeper, page-specific tour. Look for "Show what can be done here" near the top of the page — it walks you through what that page can do, step by step.

What's new

The What's new bell (top-right) shows a balloon when there are new features. Open it for a short list of recent updates, each with a "Learn more" link and, where relevant, a one-click tour. Once you've seen them, the balloon clears.

Everything is opt-in and stays out of your way — the tour only runs when you start it, and the bell only nudges when there's genuinely something new.
