The Usage tab shows how much of ArcGlass your organization is using.

What you get here

Volume — conversations processed and pipeline runs over the selected period.
Seats — active members against your plan.

Use it to confirm sources are flowing (steady, non-zero volume) and to plan seats and limits. A sudden drop usually means a disconnected source.
