Every signup gets a dedicated agent address. The moment you sign up, you get your own private inbox like yourname@mail.arcglass.io. Forward anything to it — only you can talk to your agent, and every reply lands back in your regular inbox.
Email is still where work happens. Mail to Action makes you more productive without pulling you into another app — forward, get the brief back in your inbox, act from there.

What it accepts

What you get back

A reply email, within seconds for typical sources. Same shape every time so it scans fast.

TL;DR (categorical)

4–8 labeled bullets — Pricing Strategy, Roadmap Direction, Competitive Threat — each with a one-sentence takeaway. No filler.

Hierarchical notes

3–6 themes with intro framing, evidence-cited highlights, and per-claim sub-bullets. Built so you can defend any point from the source.

Action items by owner

Every commitment in the content, grouped per person, with timestamps. Approve the list and the agent files them where your team works.

Source provenance

"Sources analyzed" block at the top of the reply lists every input the agent touched, with character counts and any extraction errors named explicitly.

How it works

Three moves, all in email.

1

Forward

Send anything to your own agent address — issued the moment you sign up. Attach files, paste content, drop in URLs.

2

Read the brief

Within seconds you get a reply with TL;DR, notes, and action items. Long videos send an interim "processing" email and finish async.

3

Approve the actions

Reply with "approve" — or refine: "translate to Spanish", "focus on objections", "list only the action items". The agent re-runs and re-sends.

Examples

Real things people forward.

Sales call recap
You forward

A 60-min Fireflies transcript attached as a .txt file.

You get back

TL;DR (pricing objections, commit window, next-steps), themed notes per topic with quoted evidence, and action items grouped by you, the prospect, and your AE.

Competitor research
You forward

An email body with a YouTube product-demo link and the competitor's website URL.

You get back

TL;DR of both sources, positioning differences themed side-by-side, action items ("update battlecard with new pricing tier", "ping product on dark-mode parity").

Deck review
You forward

A Google Slides share link to a board deck.

You get back

Slide-by-slide TL;DR, themes (positioning, market timing, founding team), and notes on weak claims that need backing data.

"Make it shorter"
You reply

"Translate to Spanish" — or "focus on objections" — or "in bullets only" — on an existing brief.

You get back

The same brief, re-shaped to your instruction. No need to re-forward the original sources.

Pricing

Every signup starts with free credits — no credit card. Pay only when you run out.

Free credits at signup

Included in every plan. Enough to forward dozens of emails, decks, transcripts, and URLs while you decide whether it earns a place in your workflow.

Then pay-as-you-go

When credits run out, top up or upgrade. Long-media transcription and graph-quality LLM calls bill incrementally so you only pay for what you forward.

Frequently asked

What's my agent address?

Every signup gets a dedicated yourname@mail.arcglass.io address — yours alone, scoped to your account. Inbound from anyone else is dropped at the gateway. You can see and rotate it from your dashboard.

What happens to my forwarded content?

Processed in-memory to produce the brief, then encrypted at rest if you've enabled history. PII is redacted via Microsoft Presidio before any LLM call. No training on your data.

How big can attachments be?

Up to 50 MB per file. Audio/video runs sync up to 5 minutes; longer media transcribes in the background and replies when ready.

Does it support private Drive files?

Anyone-with-link works automatically. Org-restricted files need the agent's service account shared on the file — same as adding a teammate.

Can the agent send actions back into my tools?

Yes — once you approve, action items flow into Slack, Salesforce, HubSpot, Jira, Linear, and other tools wired into your ArcGlass workspace.
