Promotional Terms

These Promotional Terms ("Promotional Terms") govern any promotional offer, free trial, discount, credit, referral program, or similar incentive (collectively, "Promotions") made available by ArcGlass ("we", "us", "our") in connection with our website, products, and services (collectively, the "Services"). These Promotional Terms supplement and are incorporated by reference into our Terms of Use and Privacy Policy. By participating in any Promotion you agree to these Promotional Terms. If you do not agree, do not participate in the Promotion.

Unless stated otherwise in the specific terms of a Promotion, Promotions are available only to (i) individuals who are at least 18 years old, (ii) residents of jurisdictions where the Promotion is not prohibited by law, and (iii) accounts in good standing under our Terms of Use. ArcGlass employees, contractors, and their immediate family members are not eligible to participate in promotional drawings or sweepstakes unless explicitly stated.

Each Promotion may impose additional eligibility requirements (for example, new customers only, a minimum number of seats, a specific industry, or a specific geography). Offer-specific terms control over these general Promotional Terms in the event of any conflict.

Each Promotion may be accompanied by additional offer-specific terms (presented at the point of sign-up, in an email, on a landing page, or on a pricing page). Those offer-specific terms — including the value of the offer, the eligible product, the redemption window, expiration date, and any quantity or per-customer limits — control over these general Promotional Terms if they conflict.

If a Promotion includes a free trial of the Services, the trial period begins on the date you create or activate the trial account and ends on the date specified at sign-up. At the end of the trial period the Services may be suspended, converted to a paid plan in accordance with the pricing then in effect, or terminated, as specified at sign-up. You are responsible for cancelling before the trial ends if you do not wish to convert to a paid plan.

Discounts, account credits, and referral rewards have no cash value, are non-transferable, and cannot be combined with other offers unless explicitly permitted. Credits applied to an account expire as stated at the time of issuance or, if no expiration is specified, 12 months from the date of issue. Referral rewards are paid only after the referred customer has converted to a paid plan and remained in good standing for the period specified in the referral program's offer-specific terms.

Unless explicitly stated otherwise:

• One Promotion may be redeemed per account, per individual, and per billing entity.
• Promotions cannot be sold, transferred, or exchanged for cash.
• Promotions cannot be applied retroactively to prior purchases.
• Promotions cannot be combined with other Promotions, partner discounts, or negotiated pricing.
• Promotions are void where prohibited, restricted, or taxed by applicable law.

ArcGlass reserves the right to refuse, modify, withhold, or revoke any Promotion at any time if we determine, in our sole discretion, that the Promotion is being abused (including but not limited to creating multiple accounts to redeem an offer more than once, falsifying eligibility information, or attempting to exploit a Promotion in a manner inconsistent with its intent). We may also suspend or terminate accounts associated with such abuse.

ArcGlass may modify, suspend, or terminate any Promotion at any time, with or without notice, for any reason. Modifications take effect when posted on this page or otherwise communicated to participants. Continued participation in a Promotion after a change has been posted constitutes acceptance of the modified terms.

You are responsible for any taxes, fees, or charges that may arise as a result of receiving a Promotion. ArcGlass may issue tax reporting forms where required by law.

Promotions are provided "as is", without warranty of any kind. To the maximum extent permitted by law, ArcGlass disclaims all warranties (express or implied) regarding Promotions and shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from a Promotion. Our aggregate liability under any Promotion shall not exceed the value of the Promotion itself.

These Promotional Terms are governed by the laws set forth in our Terms of Use. Any disputes arising from a Promotion are subject to the dispute-resolution provisions in those Terms.
