- May 2026: Spring launch added GTM Agent, Deal Agent on mobile, and MCP connections to OpenAI, Anthropic and Microsoft Copilot

TL;DR. Highspot is a sales enablement platform: it manages sales content, packages it into plays, trains and coaches reps, and now adds deal and GTM agents on top. In August 2026 it merged into Seismic and is sold as Highspot by Seismic. ArcGlass is a post-conversation intelligence layer: it reads the meetings, calls, email and chat teams already have and tells leaders what is working, what needs attention, and what to change in the message. The overlap is narrow: Highspot measures what content reps use and how they perform, ArcGlass shows what customers actually say back. They fit together.
Strategic positioning
| | ArcGlass | Highspot |
| Buyer | COO and CEO first; also CMO, VP Sales, RevOps, Customer Success, founders, multi-location operators | Enablement leaders, sales and marketing leadership, RevOps |
| Headline value | "Stay close to customers. Without sitting in every meeting." | "Agentic platform for go-to-market performance, powered by Nexus" |
| Center of gravity | Conversations already happening, read after the fact, turned into a leadership briefing | Approved content, plays, training and skills, delivered to reps in their workflow |
| Primary data | Meetings, notetaker and call-recorder output, email, and chat (Slack, Teams, Discord, Google Chat) | Content usage, buyer engagement, training progress, meeting recordings, CRM activity |
| Output | Daily Act now / Watch / Working list, account health, messaging and positioning analysis, follow-ups written to CRM and calendar | Content and plays in context, training paths, skill scores, coaching tasks, deal recommendations, digital sales rooms |
| Recent direction | Messaging analysis, positioning, product signals, and Listen, a free on-device notetaker | Merger into Seismic, GTM Agent and Deal Agent, MCP server for ChatGPT, Claude and Copilot |
Highspot shapes what reps say and send. ArcGlass shows how it lands with customers. Highspot equips the message. ArcGlass hears how it lands.
Overlap surface
1. Sales content management Highspot wins
This is the core of Highspot, and ArcGlass does not offer it.
- ArcGlass: ArcGlass has no content library, content governance, or content analytics. It does not store or distribute sales collateral.
- Highspot: Highspot manages approved content with AI-powered search, a PowerPoint plugin, allowlists for secure sharing, and automated governance (its GTM Agent archives dated assets and reassigns owners). Content is delivered inside Salesforce, Slack and Outlook.
2. Guided selling and plays Highspot wins
- ArcGlass: ArcGlass does not author or push plays to reps. Its messaging analysis can show which pitch options and phrasings work in real conversations, which is useful input for whoever writes the plays.
- Highspot: Sales Plays package content, guidance and messaging for a specific initiative and put it in front of reps where they work. Deal Agent recommends the content and next steps that fit a given opportunity.
3. Training and onboarding Highspot wins
- ArcGlass: ArcGlass has no LMS, courses, or training paths. Per-rep trends and coaching memory show where someone needs help, but the training itself happens elsewhere.
- Highspot: Adaptive Learning builds personalized training paths with skill-based exemptions. The Highspot Skills Framework defines capabilities with AI-powered assessments, and automated AI feedback grades training submissions.
4. Practice and role play Highspot wins
- ArcGlass: ArcGlass does not run practice sessions. It can read coaching output from Yoodli, and its rep moments flag real calls worth sharing as a model.
- Highspot: AI Role Play lets reps practice pitching new personas, handling objections, or delivering updated messaging. Since January 2026 it runs inside Deal Agent with live deal context, on web or mobile.
5. Meeting intelligence Different emphasis
Both products analyze customer meetings, for different reasons.
- ArcGlass: Each meeting gets a bottom line, account signals marked new or recurring, topics with sentiment and the evidence quote, an actors table, rep moments, conversation health and suggested follow-ups. ArcGlass reads existing recordings and notetakers rather than recording in the cloud.
- Highspot: Highspot Meeting Intelligence captures Zoom and Microsoft Teams meetings, summarizes them, applies coaching rubrics to find skill gaps, and links content shown in the meeting to the CRM record. It also works with Gong. It sits in Highspot's top tier.
Highspot reads a meeting to coach the rep and connect it to content. ArcGlass reads it to tell leaders what the customer said about the account and the message.
6. Coaching on real conversations Different lenses
- ArcGlass: Rep moments are labeled Standout, Coaching, or Worth sharing as a model. The Staff page keeps per-rep trends and coaching memory, aimed at a leader who wants to see who delivers the message best.
- Highspot: Skill Coaching blends meeting insights and 360 feedback against a GTM skill framework, with Manager Scorecards and leaderboards to prioritize coaching tasks.
For an enablement team running a structured coaching program, Highspot is the deeper tool.
7. Is the message landing? Run both
This is where the two products meet, from opposite sides.
- ArcGlass: Messaging analysis shows what lands in conversation, what falls flat, how the best people deliver it, and pitch options. Positioning separates what the company claims from what customers raise unprompted across accounts, with evidence.
- Highspot: Highspot measures the supply side: which content is used, how buyers engage with it, and, through GTM Agent, which content and behaviors correlate with deal results.
Highspot tells you what reps sent and whether buyers opened it. ArcGlass tells you what customers said back.
8. Deal intelligence Highspot wins on deals
- ArcGlass: ArcGlass does no pipeline management or forecasting. It tracks account health (At risk / Watch / On track) with a one-line reason, trended weekly, and flags account signals from conversations.
- Highspot: Deal Agent unifies CRM activity, meetings, emails and buyer engagement into a deal timeline, flags stalling opportunities, drafts follow-ups, recommends content, and suggests digital sales room updates. Digital sales rooms now include mutual action plans.
9. Leadership read across the business ArcGlass wins
- ArcGlass: The Home briefing gives each leader an Act now / Watch / Working list, a week-over-week view of what changed across customers, and a narrative for the period. Product Signals and Customer Questions roll up across conversations from sales, CS and chat channels.
- Highspot: GTM Agent gives enablement, marketing and RevOps teams role-specific recommendations and ties training outcomes to deal results. Its lens is GTM readiness and execution rather than the wider customer relationship.
10. AI assistants and agents Highspot wins
- ArcGlass: ArcGlass is not a general-purpose assistant. Its AI is scoped to reading conversations, plus Task Sweeper (a short AI-led triage session) and Pulse (recurring task patterns for leaders).
- Highspot: Highspot Copilot answers questions grounded in approved content across search and Slack. Deal Agent, GTM Agent and custom agents run on the Nexus engine, and the Highspot MCP Server brings content and deal context into ChatGPT, Claude and Microsoft Copilot.

Takeaways
- These are not substitute products. Highspot is an enablement system: content, plays, training and coaching. ArcGlass is a read on customer conversations for leadership. Nothing in ArcGlass replaces a content library or a training program.
- Highspot wins every enablement row. Content, plays, training, role play, digital rooms and deal guidance are Highspot's ground, and it was rated a Leader by Gartner in 2025 for revenue enablement.
- The two meet on the message. Highspot controls what gets said and sent. ArcGlass shows what customers say back, which messages land, and what they raise without prompting. Enablement and marketing teams can use the second to improve the first.
- The merger is worth tracking. Highspot is now part of Seismic. Highspot's own merger page says roadmap details are still being finalized, so buyers should ask about product plans at renewal. ArcGlass works alongside either platform.
- If you're choosing between them: pick Highspot if our problem is "reps can't find the right content, onboarding takes too long, and we have no structured way to train and coach." Pick ArcGlass if our problem is "leadership doesn't know which parts of our message land with customers, or which accounts need attention, without sitting in every meeting." Keep Highspot for content, plays and training. Use ArcGlass to show enablement and marketing which messages land in real conversations, then feed that back into the plays and training paths.
How ArcGlass thinks about the overlap
We don't position ArcGlass as a Highspot replacement. Highspot is a mature enablement platform, now part of Seismic, and it owns content, plays, training and coaching programs. ArcGlass has none of those, by design.
What ArcGlass adds is the customer's side of the conversation. Enablement teams work hard to decide what reps should say. ArcGlass shows leaders what customers actually respond to, what falls flat, and what they bring up on their own. That closes a loop that content analytics alone can't close, and it is most useful when an enablement platform like Highspot is already in place to act on it.
