- Apr 2026: Clari forecasting connected to Salesloft execution (tasks from forecast views, AI follow-up emails) and an MCP server that opens revenue data to Claude, ChatGPT, Microsoft Copilot, Gemini and Agentforce.
- Dec 2025: Merger closed Dec 3 with Steve Cox as CEO. Clari named a Leader and Salesloft a Visionary in the first Gartner Magic Quadrant for Revenue Action Orchestration.
- Aug 2025: Clari and Salesloft announced the merger.
TL;DR. Clari is the enterprise standard for revenue forecasting and pipeline inspection. Since December 2025 it is part of Salesloft, which now sells Clari Forecast alongside Cadence, Deals, Inspect, Rhythm and Salesloft Conversation Intelligence (the successor to Clari Copilot). ArcGlass is a post-conversation intelligence layer for leadership: it reads meetings, calls, email and chat and tells the COO, CEO and CMO what customers are saying and which messages work. ArcGlass has no forecasting or pipeline features, so there is almost no head-to-head overlap. The honest pitch: Clari tells you what the number will be; ArcGlass helps leadership understand what customers are saying behind it.
Strategic positioning
| | ArcGlass | Clari |
| Buyer | COO and CEO first; also CMO, VP Sales, RevOps, Customer Success | CRO, VP Sales, RevOps, finance for forecast accuracy |
| Headline value | "Stay close to customers. Without sitting in every meeting." | "Predictive Revenue System": predict revenue with confidence and connect it to execution |
| Center of gravity | Customer conversations read for leadership | The forecast, the pipeline and the deal |
| Primary data | Meeting, call, email and chat transcripts from tools already in place | CRM data, activity signals, and Salesloft cadence and call data (10B+ revenue interactions per year) |
| Output | Daily briefing, account health, messaging and positioning reads, product signals, follow-ups written to CRM | Forecast roll-ups and calls, pipeline inspection, deal risk, cadences, AI agents |
| Recent direction | Messaging analysis, positioning (claims vs. differentiators), task triage, free desktop notetaker (Listen) | Merger into one Salesloft platform, MCP server, Salesloft Conversation Intelligence, forecast-to-execution links |
Clari and Salesloft answer "will we hit the number and what should reps do next." ArcGlass answers "what are customers telling us, and is our message working." Both read from the same CRM and meetings. ArcGlass sits on top of Clari. It does not forecast.
Overlap surface
1. Forecasting and roll-ups Clari wins
This is Clari's home ground. ArcGlass does not play here.
- ArcGlass: ArcGlass has no forecasting, forecast roll-ups or pipeline management. It is not a system of record.
- Clari: Clari Forecast is the product that kept its name through the merger because of its enterprise recognition. It runs forecast roll-ups and calls, and since April 2026 it links forecast views to Salesloft execution, including creating tasks from the forecast. An AI forecast summary agent writes the read-out.
2. Pipeline inspection and deal management Clari wins
- ArcGlass: ArcGlass shows deal-level context from conversations (actors, signals, company mentions) and needs a connected CRM for win/loss. It does not manage stages or inspect pipeline.
- Clari: Salesloft's Inspect and Deals modules cover pipeline inspection and deal management, with a deal risk play agent that flags and acts on at-risk deals. Clari was named a Leader in Gartner's first Revenue Action Orchestration Magic Quadrant.
3. Call recording and capture Clari + Salesloft wins
- ArcGlass: ArcGlass does not record calls in the cloud and has no meeting bot. It reads Zoom, Google Meet and Microsoft Teams meetings, Gong and Chorus calls, and Fireflies, Fathom or Granola notes. ArcGlass Listen is a free desktop notetaker that records on-device.
- Clari: Salesloft Conversation Intelligence (which replaced the Clari Copilot product page) records and transcribes calls automatically and, since July 2026, lets field reps record in-person meetings on mobile.
4. Call analysis and rep coaching Clari + Salesloft wins on scale
- ArcGlass: Each meeting gets a bottom line, account signals, topics with sentiment and evidence quotes, and rep moments ("Standout", "Coaching", "Worth sharing as a model"). The Staff page keeps a per-rep coaching memory.
- Clari: Salesloft Conversation Intelligence adds AI call scoring grouped by performance tier, live battlecards during calls, objection and sentiment tracking, AI Trends and Insights across the call library, and meeting prep briefs.
5. Sales engagement and execution Clari + Salesloft wins
ArcGlass has no engagement features by design.
- ArcGlass: No dialer, sequences, cadences or outbound email. ArcGlass suggests follow-ups per meeting and writes them back to Salesforce, HubSpot, Google Calendar or Outlook.
- Clari: Salesloft Cadence, Rhythm and Revenue Cadences run the rep's daily work: sequences, prioritized actions and AI follow-up emails generated from calls.
6. Leadership read on customers ArcGlass focus
- ArcGlass: The Home page gives each leader an "Act now / Watch / Working" list, a week-over-week view of what changed across customers, and a written "story this period". Companies shows account health (At risk / Watch / On track) with a one-line reason.
- Clari: Clari's leadership view is the forecast and pipeline: where the number is landing and which deals are at risk. Customer sentiment enters as a deal signal, not as a standalone read for the COO or CEO.
Clari tells leadership where the quarter will land. ArcGlass tells them what customers are saying along the way.
7. Messaging and positioning ArcGlass wins
- ArcGlass: Messaging analysis shows what lands, what falls flat, and how the best people deliver it, with pitch options. Positioning separates what the company claims from what customers raise unprompted across accounts, with evidence bands.
- Clari: Salesloft Conversation Intelligence tracks objections and competitive mentions and can answer questions across calls. Its public materials do not describe a dedicated messaging or positioning analysis for marketing and leadership.
8. Email and chat as conversations Different scope
- ArcGlass: ArcGlass reads email (Gmail, Outlook, Exchange) and chat (Slack, Microsoft Teams chat, Discord, Google Chat) as customer conversations next to meetings, including post-sale and leadership threads.
- Clari: Clari and Salesloft capture email and activity signals to keep CRM and pipeline accurate and to drive cadences. The purpose is deal and forecast hygiene.
9. Product signals and customer questions ArcGlass wins
- ArcGlass: Product Signals groups strong customer reactions and unmet needs per product area, linked to source calls. Customer Questions collects what customers ask across conversations.
- Clari: Not a stated focus. Clari and Salesloft point conversation data at deals, forecasts and rep execution.
10. AI agents and open data Clari + Salesloft wins
- ArcGlass: ArcGlass suggests follow-ups, runs Task Sweeper triage (capped at 7 decisions), and shows leadership recurring task classes in Pulse. It does not offer a general agent platform.
- Clari: The platform ships agents for forecast summaries, deal risk plays, meeting prep and MCP queries, and an MCP server that exposes live pipeline and deal data to Claude, ChatGPT, Microsoft Copilot, Gemini and Salesforce Agentforce.

Takeaways
- These are not substitute products. Clari forecasts revenue and, with Salesloft, runs the rep's execution. ArcGlass reads conversations for leadership. There is no forecasting in ArcGlass and no leadership conversation read in Clari as a standalone product.
- The merger makes Clari a full revenue platform. With Salesloft, Clari now sits inside one platform covering engagement, conversation intelligence, deals and forecasting. That widens its scope but keeps it centered on the pipeline.
- ArcGlass fills the gap above the pipeline. Leaders who already trust Clari for the number still ask what customers are saying, which message works and which accounts are drifting. That is the question ArcGlass answers.
- They share the CRM. Clari reads the CRM to forecast. ArcGlass writes follow-ups back to Salesforce or HubSpot. The two work off the same record without stepping on each other.
- If you're choosing between them: pick Clari if our problem is forecast accuracy, pipeline visibility, deal risk and making reps act on the right deals. Pick ArcGlass if our problem is that leadership cannot see what customers are saying across meetings, email and chat, or whether our message is landing. Clari (and Salesloft) for the forecast and the rep workflow; ArcGlass on top for the leadership read of customer conversations, with follow-ups written to the same CRM Clari reads.
How ArcGlass thinks about the overlap
We do not compete with Clari. Clari is the forecast of record for many enterprise sales teams, and after the Salesloft merger it is a full revenue platform. ArcGlass does not forecast, does not inspect pipeline and does not run cadences.
What we add is a view Clari is not built to give: what customers are telling your team across every conversation, which messages land and which fall flat, and which accounts need a leader's attention. Clari tells you where the quarter lands; ArcGlass helps you understand why.
